The Truth: Losing weight on your own is hard. Even with a financial reward, you're prone to procrastination and giving up.
The Solution: Go to your Team Huddle. Tell your team about your weaknesses and ask for their support. Be specific. Are you a late night snacker? Maybe a text message of support from your teammates would be enough to help you break that habit. Tend to snack while you work in the afternoon? Maybe a planned phone call with a teammate will do the trick.
Your team is powerful. Use it!
