The Truth: Just as research shows being overweight can be influential in social circles, research also shows leading a healthy lifestyle is just as contagious.
Create your plan to establish long-term support by the end of this week and tell us how the individual(s) chosen can support you effectively, including what to do in tough situations when you need support the most.
